Spartan and Adventure Runner towards the end of the book. I enjoyed the beginning.

Especially meaningful if you've had someone in you life that's dealt with drugs and alcohol.

This is an authentic and honest account of an intensely driven life. Whether one agrees with, likes, connects, empathizes (or not) with Charlie's life and how it plays out, we can not deny it has been a wild, intriguing ride and that he is a deeply feeling and talented person.
