Mark Magnant's book concerning his diagnosis of schizoaffective disorder is a very personal story detailing his life-long struggles of living with guilt, confusion, pain and self doubt, but yet a hopeful book for anyone suffering from mental illness. The book is simply and straightforwardly written and addresses the personal aspects of his journey rather than from a medical perspective.
