I'm going to start by saying I am a huge Linda Richardson fan. I sincerely think Perfect Selling and Stop Telling, Start Selling are two of the best sales books ever written.

Great read. The shift in approaches in the world of selling are clearly captured in this book.

I have study Richardson's books and sales systems for quite a few years and this book is a nice link in the maturation of sales. The advice laid out is solid but the book is repetitive.
