I would not recommend the training program for the marathon in this book. There is no tapper built in.

This book is great. It is really focused on how to prepare for a marathon and nothing else.

This book contains a wealth of useful information and tips for those getting into running or setting new goals for distance. It might not change your world if you've been running for years but I found it refreshing to read about aspects of Anaerobic vs Aerobic exercise and diet, not just actual running techniques.
